All deposits on peso123 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). peso123 supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. peso123 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your peso123 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. peso123 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All funds deposited must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. peso123 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for e-wallet methods such as GCash and PayMaya, and within three (3) business days for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. peso123 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Dormant account balances will never be reduced below zero.

Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
